DawnStep is the first product from AT Dawn Technologies. We're a small, senior team that spent years watching recruiting teams fight the same battle: too many applicants, too few people-hours, a forty-five-minute window to decide someone's career. We built the tool we always wanted for ourselves.

We believe hiring can be fast, fair, and deeply human at the same time — but only if the software underneath is willing to do the part that doesn't scale for people.

What we're optimising for

• Signal over volume. Fewer customers, deeper partnerships. Our first ten customers will shape the product more than our thousandth.
• Craft over speed. The product ships often. It also ships carefully — backed by migrations, tests, audit trails and rollback paths.
• Trust over hype. We don't claim certifications we don't hold. We don't sell a black box. Every AI decision comes with its rubric, transcript, and quotes.
